Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00pm. If you arrive after 8:00pm, thanks you to call us before : 05 46 47 19 92. We will give you the code of the night door and the number of your room.
Rooms have to be vacated at the latest at 11:00am the day of your check-out. Rooms still occupied after midday might be invoiced.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cash and holidays checks in euros.
To be definitive, the booking must be confirmed with a instalment of deposit (one night minimum or 30% of the amount of the stay) with credit card, bank transfer or cheque. The deposit, cheque or bank transfer, must be done at least 10 days before your date of arrival.
In case of cancellation until 7 days before your exected arrival, the deposit will be retourned. In case of cancellation until 2 days or less before the date of arrival, 50% of nights will be invoiced. In case of cancellation the day of the expected arrival or non-introduction, the hotel can deduct all the amount of the stay. All stay started is owed.
A baby bed may be reserved on demand at the time of the booking,while stocks last : free
Extra bed can be put on demand for one more person (child or adult) : 13€ during low and mid season, 15€ during hight season.
City tax is included in the price of the rooom.
Smocking is forbidden in the building (rooms and shared places). Charges of air freshener (amount of one extra-night) might be applied if guests smoke in the rooms.
Car park and vehicles
You have access to a free and private car park, open day and night. The hotel accepts no responsability in case of theft and damage caused on vehicles parked on the site.
The management accepts no responsibility regarding valuables (jewels, cash) left in rooms or somewhere in the hotel. A safe is at your disposal, ask the reception.
For any object forgot, shipmen charges are payable by you.
Pets are accepted for a supplement : 5€ / little pet and by night, 8€ / big pet and by night.
Dogs must be kept on a lead on the site.
Damage and taken objects
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Cooking in rooms, using device which could cause damage (stove, iron,…) is forbidden. In case of non respect of rules, the management can terminate the current stay and invoice the possible damage. No repayment will be done. In case of noise pollution, themanagement can terminate the current stay without repayment.
Litigation and claim
Litigation or claim relating to these conditions will be the competence of the court of the hotel’s place.
